The Building is made of cinderblock and wood walls approximately 18" thick. Playing area is approximately 24' X 24' with 17' high cathedral ceiling on one half of room. Control room is upstairs at one end of the area with full view of the first floor. The studio was professionally wired by Precision Audio and has an amazingly low noice level. We have Central air-condition and baseboard heating.
